Vision
To create a nurturing, developmentally enriched ecosystem where every child, especially those from birth to eight years of age and particularly under three years, has equitable access to emotional security, cognitive stimulation, and holistic developmental support necessary to reach their full potential.
Mission
- To strengthen the capacity of caregivers, social workers, and institutional staff through structured training in developmental milestones, responsive caregiving, and emotional stimulation practices.
- To promote early identification, developmental screening, and timely intervention for children with developmental delays or special needs.
- To facilitate access to specialised services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, special education, and psychological support, as required.
- To collaborate with child welfare institutions, government bodies, and allied organisations to strengthen and mentor approved child development programmes.
- To advance research, systematic data collection, monitoring, and dissemination of evidence-based practices in early childhood development and institutional child care.
